It helps enormously if you include:
- Which text you were typing, and roughly how far in.
- Your browser and operating system.
- Whether the narration was audible at all, or stopped partway.

You can cancel Premium yourself at any time from your account page — no email needed. See refunds and cancellation for the terms.
